A contact form that does not reach you
What we saw: a form still carrying the numbered sample answers the template ships with, so every enquiry arrived labelled Option one.
Send us the address. We will tell you what we find.
Two developers in Sydney. If we have already written to you about something on your site, that note was free and it stays free.
Or see the Website Health Check · AUD 149 →Each one below is something we saw on a real site. We told that owner, free, and we never named the business. Yours would be the same.
What we saw: a form still carrying the numbered sample answers the template ships with, so every enquiry arrived labelled Option one.
What we saw: a site that would not open at all in the browser, because the certificate had expired months earlier and had not been replaced.
What we saw: a link sitting in the top navigation, looking completely normal, that did nothing at all when clicked.
What we saw: one page giving two different opening times for the same day, a few centimetres apart.
What we saw: staff listed by name with their addresses printed as text, and every link behind them opening a message to a third person.
What we saw: a menu reachable only as a download, and no way to change a price without going back to whoever built the site.
This is the whole picture, in writing, rather than the one thing we noticed on the way past. We only look, the way any visitor can. We do not sign in to anything and we do not change anything.
We record the screen while we open your site page by page, so you see exactly what we saw. The video is yours to keep.
English, Spanish or Japanese. One page, not eighty. Written so you can act on it, and so you could hand it to somebody else.
Your contact form, and where mail for your domain is delivered. Your site on a phone, and how fast it loads. Your Google Business Profile. Basic security settings. We only look, the way any visitor can: we do not sign in to anything and we do not change anything.
Every fault we find comes with a price to repair it, written down. Book any of it within fourteen days and the AUD 149 comes off in full.
Start at the top and stop wherever it makes sense. Tell us what is wrong and we will tell you which line it is. If your job is not on this list, a new website included, ask and we will price it before we start.
Send us the address of your website. We open it the way a customer would, find something, and write back. Nothing to pay and nothing to sign.
The whole picture instead of one thing: a video of your own site and a one page report, in English, Spanish or Japanese. Credited in full against any repair booked within fourteen days.
One thing, repaired. The most common is the contact form and the email behind it: it sends through a real mail service, we test it and show you the log, an automatic reply is set up and spam protection is added.
A day of repairs rather than one. Security settings and a secure address. A backup with one restore actually tested. Broken links and faster pages. A PDF menu turned into a page you can edit yourself. Ordering and booking links wired into your site and into Google.
So it does not drift back. Updates, a daily backup, an uptime check, a restore test every quarter, public holiday hours kept right everywhere, and one page of numbers each month.
Prices are in Australian dollars.

This part is written for a different reader, which is why it is short and it is down here. If you run a studio in Australia and you are short of hands, this is the whole offer.
We take white-label work. Your client, your repository, your project manager, and our name stays out of it. React and Next.js, Node and TypeScript, Postgres, Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, WordPress and Shopify. Marlon also does application security: pre-launch review, dependency and configuration audits, and access control checks. We are both in Sydney, so we work in your hours.
We are a new team and we have no published case studies, so we will not send you a portfolio. Give us one small ticket on a live project, fixed scope, paid, with a clear definition of done, and judge the code and the communication on something low risk. We sign your agreement first and work inside your process. Write to hello@mar-yan.com.
We open your site the way a customer would, then write back and tell you what we saw. Nothing to pay and nothing to sign.
Much of what is in the paid check, we have also written down for free. If you would rather do it yourself between customers, start here.

Mostly no tools, and an honest note about which bad results you can safely ignore.

Your hours and your phone number sit in more places than you edit them.

It is a warning about the connection, not a report that anything has been broken into.

Three questions and about thirty minutes of free checks that come first.

Which test you run depends on who keeps your backups. One of the two fits between appointments.

Website scanning is automated and impersonal, which is why the list of things that stop it is short and finite.
